Hey Everyone, I'm back again with another blog post. It's that time of the year again when we all get to talk about our favorite games of the year... and then we tear at each other's throats in an argument over whose choices for "best game of the year" should have won.
By the way, my choice is Metro Exodus for Best Action Game of the Year and if you have any complaints, you can speak with my declining sanity.
Now that that's over. I want to talk about the real problem: while in the past, the Game Awards was a genuinely normal awards show, granting awards to games and projects and special workers in the industry who deserve it. However, is has more recently become an issue of "who can show off a new upcoming project in the interim periods of awards" show. Companies now use the show as a way to show off.

In other news... Riot Games has now announced a new brand called Riot Forge, their new publishing studio that has a special announcement for the Game Awards...
